What you Will Experience -- A 5-Week introductory language course of mind, body, and culture.
- A 5-week online course taught by Estella Chen, Founder and CEO of MandarinX, requiring 4-10 hours of effort each week (online) and 4 hours of Guideleaders team-meetings (2 hour sessions, twice per week).
- In-person, team-based study group meet-ups twice per week to support your learning goals with fellow students.
- An experienced GUILDELEADERS coach who has completed the class successfully and is an experienced Mandarin teacher.
- Pre-meeting reminders and progress support via text and email.
How You Will Exercise:
- Each team experience begins with a team building activity at a local venue chosen by the Guideleaders Coach.
- As you work through the online course, Guideleaders prepares each local gathering of students with an opportunity for experiential team-building activities prior to the academic experience.
- The Guideleaders academic component includes interaction with a remote content expert -- i.e., a Teachers Assistant or Professor -- for a live broadcast study session including Q&A, problem sets, and interactive curriculum based activities.
- All activities are designed to support your course learning goals and to support language comprehension.

- This prerequisite course breaks down all basic characteristics of Chinese language, ensuring you have a solid foundation to be a competent speaker in a business environment.
- The online course instructor will introduce one language rule with practices and related dialogues through videos that include practical business conversations.
- The online course provides a solid learning system that is essential for beginners to differentiate and construct sentences, and then use them in workplace and business scenarios.
- Online lessons include Webinar lectured by Dr. Estella Y. Chen, who will lead the discussion with a wide variety of popular topics to accompany you to the world of Chinese business culture and trend.
- Includes three pronunciation lessons that will help you communicate more smoothly and effectively in a business environment.
